St. Lawrence County Partners for Overdose Prevention is a collaboration of agency partners who work together to prevent and reduce overdose and overdose death. Our partners focus on harm reduction, informing and educating the community, improving access to and availability of substance use treatment, promoting health and wellness, and embracing recovery.
